White Kimchi

Kimchi is a traditional Korean fermented salad made from Chinese cabbage and vegetables. Through natural fermentation, it develops its characteristic flavour and aroma and contains live cultures of lactic acid bacteria.

White Kimchi was created by Pavel Pavlík, a former fine-dining chef and recipient of the Michelin Bib Gourmand award. It has a mild sweet-and-sour taste and is prepared without the use of soy sauce. It appeals to those who prefer more delicate flavors.

  • Unpasteurized – the product naturally ferments. A bulging lid is a natural result of fermentation.
  • Contains Lactobacilli min. 10^5 CFU/g => 1 gram of Kimchi contains 10 000 000 bacteria.
  • No added preservatives, colouring agents or sugar.
  • Gluten-free and lactose-free.
  • Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
  • Low in energy.
  • Made with a dash of love in the Czech Republic.
