Kimchi white cabbage MILD

Kimchi made from white cabbage is an alternative to classic kimchi made from Chinese cabbage. Through natural fermentation, it develops its characteristic flavour and aroma and contains live cultures of lactic acid bacteria.

  • Unpasteurized – the product naturally ferments. A bulging lid is a natural result of fermentation.
  • Contains Lactobacilli min. 10^5 CFU/g => 1 gram of Kimchi contains 10 000 000 bacteria.
  • No added preservatives, colouring agents or sugar.
  • Gluten-free and lactose-free.
  • Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
