Kimchi classic MILD
Kimchi is a traditional Korean fermented salad made from Chinese cabbage and vegetables. Through natural fermentation, it develops its characteristic flavour and aroma and contains live cultures of lactic acid bacteria.
- Unpasteurized – the product naturally ferments. A bulging lid is a natural result of fermentation.
- Contains Lactobacilli min. 10^7 CFU/g => 1 gram of Kimchi contains 10 000 000 bacteria.
- No added preservatives, colouring agents or sugar.
- Gluten-free and lactose-free.
- Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
