    Kimchi is a traditional Korean fermented salad made from Chinese cabbage and vegetables. Through natural fermentation, it develops its characteristic flavour and aroma and contains live cultures of lactic acid bacteria.

    • Unpasteurized – the product naturally ferments. A bulging lid is a natural result of fermentation.
    • Contains Lactobacilli min. 10^7 CFU/g => 1 gram of Kimchi contains 10 000 000 bacteria.
    • No added preservatives, colouring agents or sugar.
    • Gluten-free and lactose-free.
    • Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
    • Low in energy.
    • Made with a dash of love in the Czech Republic.

    Ingredients Kimchi classic EXTRA HOT: Napa cabbage (64%), carrot, white radish, soy sauce (water, soy beans, fermented wheat (gluten free), salt), water, spring onion, onion, garlic, rice flour, sweet pepper, salt, chilli (0,8%), ginger. „A dash of love, that‘s all.“
