Beetroot with horseradish

This fermented beetroot and horseradish salad is created through a natural fermentation process. As a result, it develops its characteristic flavour, aroma and fresh texture. The combination of the sweetness of beetroot and the gentle spiciness of horseradish creates a harmonious pairing that complements a wide range of dishes.

  • Unpasteurized, i.e. a living product - the bulging cap is fine.
  • Contains Lactobacilli min. 10^5 CFU/g => 1 gram of Kimchi contains 10 000 000 bacteria.
  • No added preservatives, colouring agents or sugar.
