What you need: (4 portions)

  • 700 g of minced meat to taste (beef, chicken) divided evenly into 4 portions, or vegan meat
  • sauce to taste - barbecue, ketchup, mustard, or houmous
  • at least 4 slices of cheese - Cheddar
  • lettuce
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • 1 onion cut into rings
  • 4 buns – sesame, wholegrain, to taste 
  • Kimchi Beavia  
  • pepper and salt

Here we go:

Divide the meat into 4 even portions, season with salt and pepper to taste. Grill over the high heat, turning until browned. Just before removing from the grill, top with cheese and let melt. You can also grill the buns and onions for a very short time. You can also grill the buns and onions for a very short time.

Spread your favorite sauce (ketchup, mustard, or houmous) on the cut sides of both the top and bottom halves of each bun. Assemble the hamburger buns with the meat patties, slices of tomato, lettuce, onion and kimchi to make this burger unique.
