1. In case of orders, we process that data from the order form. They include, in particular, your name, e-mail address, telephone number, place of residence and data regarding the goods you are ordering. We process this information in order to fulfil our contract; the data are necessary and we retain them for 10 years from your purchase. Such processing of personal data is permitted by the GDPR (performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interest, where applicable).

 

2. We include your e-mail address in our database for sending news from our world of kimchi. This is permitted under Act No. 480/2004 but you can unsubscribe at any time from any message so received. If you let us use your e-mail address for this purpose, we will keep it in our database for 3 years after your last order.

 

3. If you register with us, we will process your login details and data on your orders, which are found in your user profile to simplify your shopping experience. Such processing is at our sole discretion and will continue until you have cancelled your account. By completing the registration process, you grant your consent to our processing of such data. By cancelling your account you withdraw this consent and we will erase the data from your user account.

 

4. If you contact us via our contact form, we will process your e-mail address only for the time required to handle your inquiry.

 

5. We will not simply pass your data to other parties. Nevertheless, we still have some companies or freelancers working with us who can access the data to help us process the orders or run our business. These are:

by calling +420 774 328 511 or using the postal address specified above and request information about what personal data about you we process; request from us access to these data and have them updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing; you may request a copy of the personal data being processed; request erasure of your personal data; in certain cases you have the right to data portability. If you believe we are not handling data properly, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority or enforce your claim in court.
